41 Days Left: Slow recovery

6:30 am— I woke up with a less messy mind. I was surprised at this result for just sleeping earlier in these two days. This really motivates me to keep my sleep schedule. There is still one big issue, however, which I couldn’t get out of bed as soon as the alarm went off. Neither my physical body nor my mind feels recovered from the exhaustion of yesterday, despite the increased sleep hours. In other words, I am not ready to wake up both physically and mentally, allowing the attraction from the bed to defeat me. This won't be an easy or fast process, but it will improve incrementally.

After intentionally staying away from my phone and reducing my screen time for these two days, I discovered that my clarity has also recovered imperceptibly. Though it is still kind of dull in terms of vision, different meaningful thoughts have started appearing in my mind, in which my logic and thinking become a bit clearer. At this stage, whenever I took a look at my phone screen, I would feel pain in my head, literally. Maybe my mind was also warning me. It was quite interesting.

Warming up for the past two days, it is time now to start focusing on revision. No one would like to regret, so do I. Therefore, I need to plan my study schedule thoroughly to utilise every bit of time in the remaining days. Target the weaker subjects first, while constantly reviewing / practicing for the stronger subjects. Squeeze every second. Spend the time smart. Still, don’t forget to relax and chill.

Referring back to the tiny habits, I have a daily checklist for tracking my daily tiny habits, and they are working for me in different ways. (That’s fantastic!) I am not going to write too long for today, as I want to spare myself more time for sleep. Good night!
