I’m a 33-year-old neurodivergent woman — and now also an expat — trying to make sense of life in a new country while juggling daily overwhelm, household chaos, and one very mischievous ferret.

I’m here to write about what makes my days hard, what makes them beautiful, and all the weird, overstimulating, quietly magical stuff in between.
