TEENAGE LOVE or DISTRACTION.

so the greatest mystery of all times ….whether teenage crushes or love is actually a certain phase or just distraction .

The very answers is scientifically we fall in love or have crush on people due to change in chemicals released and reacted in our brains .

1. Lust (The Spark): Driven by sex hormones (testosterone and estrogen), this initial phase is the instinctual drive to find a partner.
2. Attraction (The "Crush" Stage): This is the "high" or addictive phase where dopamine creates euphoria and reward-seeking behavior, while norepinephrine leads to energy surges, racing hearts, and reduced appetite.
3. Decreased Serotonin: Similar to OCD levels, this causes obsessive, constant thoughts about the person.
4. Prefrontal Cortex Shutdown: Critical thinking and judgment center activity drops, leading to the "love is blind" effect.
5. Attachment (Lasting Love): The final stage focuses on long-term bonds, driven by oxytocin (released during physical touch) and vasopressin (associated with commitment and security).

that’s what we call love or attachment according to science , also research have shown that 93 %of high school relations don’t work longer in life .

There’s a reason for that because now people lack patience and hate change .

But people would always change because along with situations and age , they would have to necessarily change .

and most of the time people just don’t tend to understand each other’s changes and that’s what makes the bond fall apart .

I don’t really know about love 🎶 because honestly I have never acknowledged it sp close to give an opinion but I just believe that

it’s okay to wait for someone who fits in your world .

in today’s world where people just go one with relations as if they are a new pair if clothes every week or month.

they do not hate this generation but they just don’t like the idea of love of this generation.

Some people still believe in OLD SCHOOL LOVE not because they love the oldies but rather cause they value peace , patience and efforts without being taken granted for .

THE PATIENCE: once upon a time when there was no smartphones or even telephones but just letters that were written and waited for.

THE PEACE : That came with being with one and only for entire life . which demanded consistency and not a attention span so smart that people even get bored of a 50 sec short .

THE EFFORTS : simply just the way , things were not so easy back then, no gadgets , no daily conversation or vedio calls but still the bonds pure and innocent .
