What My Mirror never says…

Though the mirror is a reflection of me, Nothing like me is the person I see.

My mirror never shows the weight above my shoulders, Nor does it tell how I had to move those boulders.

My mirror did say that I had a pretty smile, But it never told that I’d been sad for a while.

My mirror just showed a dainty young child, But it never told about the certificates filed.

My mirror only looks at brutal brown eyes, But never that soft, heartfelt sacrifice.

I think mirrors do this, not just to a few; How about your mirror? How about you?
