  1. Have you ever scuba dived? If not, would you like to? No and No. But I did try a C-PAP machine a few times.

2. If money were no object, would you buy a $32,000 toilet with custom lighting, heated seating, built-in music, and a bidet? Also comes with automatic lid opening and closing and automatic flushing. No. If I had to spend $32,000. on toilets, I’d rather buy 32,000 toilets for someone who needed them.

3. Who is/was your favorite nighttime talk show host? Johnny Carson.

If you like Robin Williams, watch how he took the Johnny Carson Show hostage one night. Some of these jokes would be considered very inappropriate these days, but…

4. If you lost power and could have one thing work, what would it be? This could be a three-way tie, but I’m going with my water pump. We’re on a well, so if there’s no power, there’s no water. No water… no flushing (unless you go down to the creek to get water, which I’ve done, but I’d rather not).

5. Would you rather ride on a camel or an elephant? Neither? We have live camels in our Christmas parade every year, and they seem to walk well with a guide. I probably have a photo somewhere posing with a camel, after the parade, it’s what people do. (small town)

6. Would you rather have angel hair or regular spaghetti? My husband loved angel hair the best so that’s what I always got, but I like either.

7. What is a smell you cannot tolerate? More than 1? Yes, more than one, but decomposition is a smell that’s hard to forget and would be #1. I’ve only ever come into contact with small animals, but that’s plenty.

  1. How much would you miss Medium if it closed? Terribly! Oh yes! I’d feel like Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz when she thinks she can’t go back home.

9. What age would you like to live until? 100- as long as I have (or find) my mental capacities, and can walk, talk, communicate, and participate.

10. Would you rather swallow a pill or eat a gummy? That’s a hard pill to swallow. I never thought I’d chew a gummy, but I have several kinds, and I can take a pill, too. No preference as long as they know where to go and do what they’re supposed to do. Thank goodness, I only have one Rx, but take several OTCs. I wonder what dentists think about gummies?
