This is a hearty and comforting yet easy-to-make dip made in a crockpot with a few ingredients. Perfect, easy food for people who love Reuben sandwiches.

Use this delicious food to dip tortilla chips, rye bread, crackers, vegetables, or any other side as your ‘dipper.’. This would also be amazing served over a baked potato.

Reuben Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c. cooked corned beef (shredded) 16 oz sauerkraut drained 8 oz cream cheese, cubed 2 c. Swiss cheese shredded ⅓ c. Thousand Island salad dressing

Directions:

Spray a crockpot with olive oil. Combine all ingredients and stir. Cook on low setting for 3 or 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Make sure the cheese is melted and is hot.

Serve in a bowl with your favorite dipping foods.
