Would you care for a Season 2?

At the beginning, there was little chance for this series to continue.

As a new writer on medium.com, and also one who was publishing content that only appealed to seasoned connoisseurs (as well as content that the Powers that Be would never highlight), I was already not getting far.

But that is not to say that I did not have any feedback or fan messages. I was declared insufficient by Prism & Pen because the unheard voices did not want to be heard. One result of this discovery was that I had to go back to my roots: If one thing I say affects someone in a positive way, I don’t have to care about the rest.

This series — and now if I try to censor myself less to be people-pleasing — actually allows people of all walks of life to see themselves somewhere in print. And that is important.

To this effect, I will always welcome comments from readers who might be willing to help me nuance a character so that his/her/their expression is better aligned with reality — especially, if you, too, come from a marginalized community whose voice tends to get overlooked. But again, all are welcome to contribute!

I would like how this story connects to a much larger epic fantasy. Probably that should have been clear, but exactly in which ways, not so much. Do you remember the Unnamed Guy?

There’s a lot more to cover in Season Two. But I cannot do it without your support and willing to read. Claps and comments help me write about the shenanigans that building up, breaking down, shifting, deconstructing, and reconstructing lives.
