MCA Extends DIR-3 KYC Filing Deadline for Directors and LLP Partners to 15th October 2025

DIR-3 KYC is an annual compliance requirement by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for all individuals holding a Director Identification Number (DIN) or Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN). Every director or partner must file their KYC details through Form DIR-3 KYC or DIR-3 KYC Web to confirm their personal information such as name, address, PAN, Aadhaar, email, and mobile number. The process ensures updated records of directors in the MCA database. Failure to file the form by the due date leads to deactivation of the DIN/DPIN and may attract penalties. The due date is usually 30th September each year.
