Authorize Employees

You can easily give your staff access to your business page. This feature will make it more convenient for them to receive online orders and prepare them in time. You can reduce order errors when staff can review orders and customer information.

There are three authorization roles in the app:

• Admin — they can access and manage all information, including income, popular items, and Orders. As the creator of the Business page, you are an Admin.
• Employee — They can only access and manage Orders.
• Drivers — They can only receive delivery requests and order information. They can also see the Cash to remit to your business.

For you to give your staff access to your business page, they should have a Cashcow Global Account. You can also remove access to your staff whenever needed.

Receive orders online — Dine-in, Pick-up, and Delivery

In your Business Settings, you can see the Order Type Settings, where you can select what services you want to offer your customers: Dine-in, Delivery, or Pick-up.

For Dine-in and Pick-up, you should input the average time you prepare a dish. You can also toggle off Notifications when you don’t want your customers to receive order updates.

You can offer various delivery services: on-foot, two-wheeled transportation, or cars. You can set your delivery zone radius where you allow deliveries. Your customers outside the radius can still see your menu but cannot avail of your delivery services. You can give your customers a free delivery charge when they reach a certain amount of total orders. To provide deliveries, you can do In-house or 3rd-party deliveries as long as you add your delivery riders as Drivers.
