Mainnet Launch on Arbitrum

The zFutures Mainnet launch on Arbitrum is now closer than ever, marking an important milestone for Zaros. Our team is working hard to get done with all preparations and deliver the mainnet launch within the first quarter of the year. This marks the beginning of a new chapter in Zaros’ history.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated in the testnet phase. Your contributions through testing and feedback were instrumental in refining zFutures and bringing Zaros to life. zFutures mainnet will introduce a streamlined interface and a superior trading experience, designed to meet the needs of users seeking both innovation and efficiency.

Zaros’ Market Maker and Perps Engine Integrations

Last year, we announced a pivotal shift for Zaros, transforming our product focus from building a Perpetual Futures DEX to becoming a comprehensive B2B derivatives liquidity provider. Initially centered around a unique liquidity model leveraging ZLP vaults to enhance yields for LSTs and LRTs, Zaros has now evolved to offer its Market Maker and Perpetual Futures engines as infrastructure for third-party protocols.

This transition allows teams to significantly reduce development time and effort while leveraging Zaros’ expertise in building and maintaining liquidity. Our analysis shows that integrating with Zaros can save teams up to six months of development compared to building a market-making engine from scratch.

Looking beyond a traditional DEX, Zaros aims to create a robust derivatives ecosystem — a “Super App” — that combines futures, options, prediction markets, and more into a single, user-friendly on-chain interface reminiscent of a centralized exchange (CEX).

From the launch of zFutures on mainnet, our market maker and perps engine will be fully operational and ready for third-party protocol integration. With this foundation in place, we will continually focus on onboarding new integrations to expand our ecosystem.

ZRS Airdrop

As we near the end of our testnet, the final opportunity to farm the $ZRS airdrop is here. This is your last chance to engage with Zaros — trade, participate in campaigns, and stack as many zPoints as possible before the window closes.

As you can check in our documentation, over 40% of the $ZRS token supply is dedicated to incentivizing the users and community. You can continue farming the airdrop for free until the mainnet launch. So don’t miss out — keep farming, stacking zPoints, and climbing the leaderboard!

Zaros live on Monad

Users will soon be able to trade on Zaros via the Monad blockchain, as the network is expected to launch its testnet and, lately, mainnet. According to their roadmap, mainnet is expected in early 2025, and we’ll work to be ready to trade and integrate on the blockchain from day 1.

By interacting with Monad through Zaros, the user may qualify for a potential Monad airdrop (not confirmed yet), and continue to farm rewards even after the end of testnet on Arbitrum.

Monad is building an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain that utilizes parallel execution to process Ethereum transactions more efficiently. The goal is to deliver high transactions per second (TPS), fast blockchain performance, and quick finality — comparable to Solana — while attracting decentralized applications (dApps) and developers from the Ethereum ecosystem, which remains the backbone of most blockchain protocols.

These features create an ideal environment for builders and traders, which is why we aim to become the driving engine behind the derivatives ecosystem on Monad.
