I want to call it a “cognitive presence” but the reality for me is: if that’s not a ghost, I don’t know what is. He appears to me like a man in a labcoat, and he’s been in my life for nearly a decade now.

I decided to try and undertake a spiritual awakening process when I graduated from university around that time, which is when he began appearing to me.

It seemed to me to be a good use of time to learn about spiritual traditions on some of the days I didn’t feel like a slave, because of a different cognitive experience that I remembered from when I was a younger person… The psycho-spiritual had to be a potentially valid explanation, even if sometimes people have incongruent beliefs around spiritual experience. Psychic experience is real to people who are not pretending.

Unfortunately, this man was not in my life before I was forced to contact the United States Central Intelligence Agency against my will, during the years I was made to feel like a slave by what seemed to be their personnel. (I was forced to endure a slave march that I’ve described before, and other forced labor experiences for several years of my life.)

Unfortunately, an extraterrestrial who contacts me and identified themselves with Sirius A told me this morning, “If I don’t help you do something about this program that I have noticed, it’s our ‘alien tyranny’ in some minds.” They described an astonishing kind of research to me that is based in weird science and frickin’ magic, which apparently is sometimes just abbreviated “WSFM” at that agency.

How are they beaming the souls of people around in “magic tubes” at the CIA? This is of concern for me, because sometimes the man in the labcoat is sometimes ill-tempered — and if that cognitive presence isn’t a spirit, I don’t know what is.

Unfortunately, the Sirian told me the CIA is held to very low standards by each other in this kind of research, which was not approved by non-human personnel. They told me the non-human personnel of Area 51 and other facilities are controversial, where joint efforts between humans and extraterrestrials are underway, but they did not endorse this kind of research (or approve of it) on other humans as is being performed by members of the CIA Directorate of Science and Technology today. By no means am I a person who has been briefed about the non-human personnel, and I am simply a curious civilian researcher.

That because this research is so controversial, there may even be a controversy within the ODNI about it. Today, I support the work of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence because the CIA seems to be outrageously out-of-control based on personal experience, wherein I had to work slavishly (without compensation) for a few years when I graduated university.

Are you really sending around sometimes ill-tempered souls through tubes to members of the public? That’s what I could have swore it looked like for a minute last year.

Well, something like that would be deniable to almost everything less advanced than an unacknowledged special access program like trans-dimensional stagecraft, which the Sirian told me is active at the NSA and uses advanced systems to measure trans-dimensional fields that sometimes correlate with subjectively-reported spiritual experience, and in some instances other cognitive experiences. That’s going to be very exciting research for humanity’s future, to begin to understand how trans-dimensional fields act on consciousness, though I haven’t been briefed about this either.

Nope. He shows up every day for me since I was forced to contact the CIA against my will, and seems angry with people who don’t like science and brahmin.

I’ve done something like Theosophy in recent years, wherein I felt like I encountered a Hindu deity during spiritual practice time. I’m ready to do something like a puja ceremony and honor certain Hindu deities, even if I’m not totally devoted in my time to Hinduism right now, out of respect for the fact that they appeared to me. Unfortunately, I experienced that these gods judged this scientist spirit I encountered to have bad karma for participating in repression of Hindus, and I notice at least one of the gods of Hindus just jumps out of the woodwork and has been trying to send him away from Earth in recent days.

Spirit work is real work, where it seems this man has to be sent away because he’s doing more than promoting ethical science from his hell to the gods and goddesses of Hindus. It’s taken up some of my time in recent weeks sending him away, and I’ve noticed him repeatedly throughout the years.

I’m sorry… if that cognitive experience isn’t a ghost, I don’t know what is.

Why are CIA researchers allowed to send spirits of hell with behavioral issues out from their workplace, though? I know they have a protected First Amendment right in their homes, just like everyone else, to engage in protected First Amendment practices. This seems to be going on without a briefing for the effected people, and without a contract, so I’m unclear at the time of this writing where this research factors into our social contract.

While I’m not a lawyer or legal professional, it seems to me at the time of this writing that among that audience, it might be seen by certain constitutional lawyers as an attempt to deprive someone of the pursuit of happiness to force them to be included in this involuntary psychic research because of the behavior of the cognitive presence.

How can that be ethical research? Where are the ethical standards? There seems to me to be a concern about ethics here, because I associate physical abuse with this program, and I certainly don’t have a contract with their program. This morning, I just hope the ODNI holds them to higher standards at the CIA, especially in this kind of controversial psychic research because of the issues I’ve described herein.
