An AI Slop Experiment: The-Great-Garbage-Avalanche-of-2505

Look, the internet is already choking on AI slop, so why not accelerate the end times? Inspired by Andrew Nesbitt’s “How to Attract AI Bots to Your Open Source Project” and the majestic garbage mountain in Idiocracy, I built the most brain-dead GitHub repo imaginable — pure, concentrated nonsense engineered to bait every slop agent on the planet.

It started with:

• An index.php that echoes exactly nothing.
• A js/ folder packed with empty scripts that index.php was supposed to load… but doesn’t.

The README proudly declares we’re building a 3D JavaScript game where you stack garbage until the Great Garbage Avalanche triggers, freeing Rita & Joe so they can (checks notes) save the world. Pure Idiocracy cosplay.

I also dropped a glorious pile of completely deranged issues just to set the mood.

Ten hours later: zero commits, zero PRs, zero merges. My patience hit zero even faster, so I did what any self-respecting degenerate would do — I fired up bolt.new’s pathetic free tier, fed it this garbage fire, and told it to “add substance.”

The prompt went in. Something came out. I didn’t read a single line (vibe coding, baby) and just yeeted it straight into the repo.

Result? An absolute atrocity. Physics is drunk, garbage bounces like it’s had six espressos, and it has zero Idiocracy soul. There will never be an avalanche on screen — only in the codebase, where the real slop tsunami is already forming.

The repo is now a public toilet. Come dump your garbage. Bring friends. Help lure the AI agents so they can coat this thing in even more layers of slop.

We started as garbage, the goal is garbage — what could possibly go wrong?
