Day 6 of 30-Day GoHighLevel “Business Engine” Challenge (Reputation Management)

A business with 100 hidden fans is losing to a business with 10 public reviews.

Today was Day 6 of my 30-day GoHighLevel sprint. We’ve built the “Brain” and the “Handshake,” but today I built the Shield: An automated Reputation Management system. In the digital economy, your star rating isn’t just a vanity metric — it’s your conversion rate.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟲 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀: 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗚𝗠𝗕 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 My goal today was to ensure that “Review Requests” are never a manual task again. If the service is delivered, the request should be sent. Period.

  • The Google Business Profile (GBP) Bridge: I integrated the GBP directly into GHL. This allows me to track review growth and, more importantly, respond to reviews without leaving the unified inbox I built on Day 5.

  • The “Check-In” Trigger: I built a workflow that triggers a Review Request the moment a lead is moved to the “Sold/Completed” stage of the pipeline.

  • The Negative Feedback Buffer: This is the high-level play. I designed a “Review Gate” workflow. If a customer selects 1–3 stars, they are sent to a private feedback form so we can resolve the issue internally. If they select 4–5 stars, they are sent directly to Google/Facebook.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 “𝗔𝗵𝗮!” 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Reputation Management is the “Gateway Drug” for SaaS clients. It’s the feature that provides the fastest ROI with the least amount of friction. By automating this, you aren’t just getting reviews; you are building an SEO asset that compounds over time.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀: The foundation of the “Core Engine” is now complete. Tomorrow, we conclude Week 1 by wrapping everything into the ultimate GHL power move: The Snapshot.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Do you believe in “Review Gating” (filtering bad reviews before they hit Google), or should a business show the raw, unfiltered truth? Let’s get into the ethics of automation in the comments.
