Ten years of the same gap. No one solved it. That’s why Tribli exists.
The most relationship-driven industry in the world still has no infrastructure for those relationships.

The most relationship-driven industry in the world still has no infrastructure for those relationships.

There’s a question every founder eventually has to answer honestly. Not for investors, not for pitch decks, but for themselves.
Why this? Why you? Why now?
For me, the answer starts with a gap I’ve been staring at for over ten years. Not something I discovered recently. Something I watched persist, year after year, while the industry around it kept growing.
The creative industry is one of the most relationship-driven industries in the world. Work flows through trust. Crews are assembled through networks. Careers are built on who knows you and what they say about you when you’re not in the room.
That’s not a flaw. That’s actually the right way for a craft-based industry to function.
The problem is that none of it scales.
Every project starts from scratch. A producer in Mumbai and a talented cinematographer in Chennai have no common infrastructure to find each other. An actor with ten solid credits has no way to make those credits visible to someone who doesn’t already know them. A casting director can’t verify a claim without picking up the phone.
The trust exists. The talent exists. The relationships exist. But there’s no memory. No infrastructure. No place where it all compounds.
LinkedIn solved this for the corporate world. It gave professionals a place where their work history, endorsements, and connections could accumulate into something that traveled with them. Something that spoke for them before they walked into the room.
The creative industry never got its version of that.
I kept waiting for someone to build it. A well-funded startup. A studio-backed platform. Anyone.
Nobody did.
That’s why we’re building Tribli now. Not ten years ago, because honestly I kept expecting someone else to solve it. They didn’t. The gap is still there. And the creative economy in India alone has grown to a scale where the absence of this infrastructure is no longer just an inconvenience. It’s a real cost that creators, studios, and the entire ecosystem are paying every day.
Tribli is not a casting app. Not a talent marketplace. It’s a professional network and credibility infrastructure built for creative professionals. Where your verified work history, your collaborations, your craft speak for you. Where reputation doesn’t just live in someone’s memory but in a graph the whole industry can trust.
The window is open. We’re building before it closes.
