Joining LuLu Happiness is simple and free through the LuLu Happiness website or mobile app. Once registered, members can immediately start earning rewards and enjoy a range of exclusive privileges, including member-only offers, birthday rewards, priority access to selected sales and events, dining discounts at participating restaurants, and the opportunity to convert Smile Points into KrisFlyer Miles.

One of the most popular benefits of the program is Early Sale Access, which allows members to shop at LuLu’s Flat 50 Sale one day before it opens to the public. Members simply need to provide their registered mobile number at checkout at participating LuLu Fashion Stores during the Early Sale period to enjoy priority access.

LuLu Happiness also offers special dine-in discounts at participating restaurants within LuLu Malls. Members can redeem offers through the LuLu Happiness App or website, claim their preferred voucher, and present the voucher code at the restaurant counter to receive the discount.

For frequent travelers, Smile Points can be converted into KrisFlyer Miles at a conversion rate of 40 Smile Points for 1 KrisFlyer Mile. To avail this benefit, members must have a valid KrisFlyer account linked to their LuLu Happiness account, with both accounts registered under the same name. Converted miles are typically credited within 7 to 14 working days, and all conversions are final.
