Swiggy’s write to CEO; good or bad?

I wanted to uninstall Swiggy when I found: “Write to CEO.”
A note said “Every message is read by the CEO”. I wrote my honest thoughts, hit send, and felt genuinely heard.
Then the feeling wore off, was I?
No confirmation. No receipt. No email. Even though they’ve had my email since day one.
When I apply for a job, an automated system acknowledges it in one second. That reply means almost nothing, but it closes the loop. It proves the thing I did happened.
Swiggy manufactures the feeling of being heard, then withholds the proof. And the fix is one email: “Your note reached us.”
A feedback feature isn’t done when the user hits send. It’s done when they know it arrived.
