Zepto and Tata 1mg pleasantly surprised me with their redefinition of addressing customer needs.

Zepto used to deliver in 15 mins but was pricier than Amazon, bigbasket.com and other platforms. Of late the product catalog and pricing is extremely competitive. They deliver late into night as well. Looks like we are entering into the next stage of customer satisfaction.

Similarly on the medicine delivery front, 1mg has started delivering medicines in 1 hour. And that too at more than competitive pricing. I got urgent deliveries at 2 am in the night.

I hope its just not spending funding money and that they are really removing bottlenecks and waste in their delivery pipeline. Healthy competition is always good for the market and customers.

Someone is not just thinking but hopefully making things transform on the ground holistically!
