Following the announcement that Script Network’s intellectual property has been acquired by Cleo.xyz and that the team has founded Harbor ML, we want to ensure the community has complete clarity around what this transition means.

This FAQ answers the most common questions from SCPT holders, investors, partners, and community members. While some of these topics have already been addressed in the announcement article, we have intentionally repeated key information here to ensure everything is clearly explained in one place.

Additional announcements, AMAs, and technical documentation will follow over the coming weeks.

1. Announcement & Strategic Overview

What was announced this week?

Script Network is entering a new chapter.

This transition allows the technology, the team, and the community to move forward with a significantly larger long-term opportunity.

Why was Script Network’s IP acquired by Cleo.xyz?

Cleo.xyz is building a decentralized media and content engine, which aligns closely with the technology developed by Script Network over several years.

Rather than allowing the technology to stagnate, the decision was made to transfer the intellectual property to a team focused on continuing its development in the decentralized media space.

This ensures:

• The technology continues evolving • The work of Script Network is preserved • Contributors can focus on new opportunities created through the journey

Members of the Script Network team will also serve as advisors to Cleo during the transition period, ensuring continuity of knowledge and development.

Did Script Network launch its Layer 1?

Yes.

Script Network successfully developed and launched its Layer 1 infrastructure.

However, the project ultimately did not migrate assets onto the chain.

As the broader market evolved, it became clear that migrating assets to a standalone chain would create unnecessary friction for users and liquidity. Rather than forcing the ecosystem onto a solitary chain, the team chose to reassess the strategy in light of changing market conditions.

Why was the migration to the Layer 1 paused?

The crypto ecosystem has changed significantly over the past few years.

Liquidity has consolidated into a smaller number of chains, and attracting new users to standalone chains has become increasingly difficult. While blockchain technology itself has advanced, the number of active new users entering the space has largely plateaued.

Launching a solitary chain can therefore create additional barriers to entry for new participants.

If the objective is to bring more people into an ecosystem — particularly new crypto users — placing them on a chain with limited liquidity can be counterproductive.

For this reason, the team made the decision to pause the asset migration to the Layer 1 and pursue a strategy better aligned with the current state of the market.

Are these decisions being made in the best interest of holders?

Yes — and that has been the guiding principle throughout the process.

It is important to note that the team did not have to launch a new token or build a new ecosystem after the acquisition agreement was made.

However, we are very aware that many community members supported Script Network for years. Many people entered the ecosystem early and remained through multiple stages of development.

Because of that, the team went through considerable effort to ensure existing holders would have the opportunity to participate in the next chapter.

Script Network achieved a great deal during its lifecycle, but industries evolve. Harbor ML represents the next phase of that journey.

Everything we have done — and everything we will continue to do — is designed to ensure holders are positioned for the strongest possible long-term opportunity.

2. Harbor ML

What is Harbor ML?

Harbor ML is an audio and video data engine built for the next era of artificial intelligence.

Harbor is a media-native data company focused specifically on audio and video, which are among the most valuable and complex forms of data used to train modern AI systems.

Importantly, Harbor is able to build on and utilize the video infrastructure developed during Script Network’s lifecycle. Years of work building decentralized video pipelines, streaming infrastructure, and media processing systems now provide the technical foundation for Harbor’s data engine.

Harbor operates two interconnected products.

Media Ad Platform

Harbor operates a premium advertising and creative platform that works directly with real media content.

This platform:

• Generates revenue • Brings on advertising clients • Ingests large volumes of real-world audio and video

As the network grows, it will ingest thousands of hours of media content each week.

Audio & Video Data Engine

Underneath the ad platform sits Harbor’s core system — a large-scale audio and video data engine.

All content flowing through the platform is:

• Annotated frame-by-frame • Time-aligned with audio tagging • Structured into datasets • Versioned and quality-scored over time

These datasets can be deployed internally or made available to organizations through APIs and enterprise agreements.

In simple terms:

The ad network generates media and revenue. The data engine converts that media into valuable AI datasets.

This structure allows Harbor to build data infrastructure while generating revenue from day one.

What exactly does Harbor build?

Harbor develops infrastructure for collecting, structuring, and deploying real-world audio and video datasets.

This includes systems for:

• Frame-accurate video annotation • Temporal audio tagging and classification • Dataset versioning and quality control • Audio and video ingestion pipelines • Dataset deployment through APIs • Enterprise dataset licensing

These datasets can be used by organizations building:

Why focus specifically on audio and video?

Audio and video are among the most difficult and valuable datasets in artificial intelligence.

Modern AI systems require increasingly sophisticated datasets capturing:

Creating these datasets at scale is extremely difficult.

Harbor was designed specifically to build dedicated infrastructure for collecting and structuring this type of data.

Why is the team bullish on AI data infrastructure?

Artificial intelligence development continues to accelerate globally.

However, one of the largest bottlenecks for AI labs remains high-quality training data.

Models can only perform as well as the datasets used to train them. As AI models grow more advanced, the need for structured datasets — particularly audio and video — continues to increase.

Companies operating within the data infrastructure layer of AI therefore sit at a critical point in the technology stack.

Without making speculative claims, it is clear that the market for high-quality AI training data is extremely large and still in its early stages.

3. Token Transition

What happens to the SCPT token?

SCPT holders will be able to migrate their tokens to the new HARBOR token.

The migration process will include the opportunity for holders to receive up to a 30% bonus, depending on final migration mechanics and eligibility.

Will OG holders receive additional bonuses?

Yes.

Community members who have supported Script Network for a significant period may be eligible for additional bonuses as OG community members.

Verification will require opening a Discord ticket so the team can confirm eligibility. Full instructions will be announced shortly.

Will node runners receive additional bonuses?

Yes.

Node operators who supported Script Network infrastructure will also be eligible for additional migration bonuses.

Node runners will also verify eligibility through a Discord ticket process, with further details to be announced soon.

When will the HARBOR token launch?

The HARBOR token is currently provisioned to launch in the first week of May 2026.

Prior to launch, updates will include:

4. Exchanges & Trading

Can I still trade SCPT?

Yes.

SCPT can still be traded on exchanges such as KuCoin and on decentralized exchanges.

Trading will remain available during the transition period.

Why are exchanges beginning to wind down SCPT?

The team has requested exchanges to begin the delisting process as part of preparing for the migration.

Ideally, we would keep SCPT trading on exchanges right up until the migration occurs. However, this is not always possible due to exchange contracts and the practical requirements of executing a token migration.

Because the migration will require an on-chain claim system, exchanges typically cannot support the process directly.

What liquidity should we expect before migration?

Liquidity currently exists on exchanges and decentralized markets.

However, liquidity levels may vary depending on market activity.

As the migration window approaches, KuCoin will eventually delist SCPT as part of the transition process.

Do I need to withdraw my tokens from exchanges?

Yes.

To participate in the migration process, holders must withdraw SCPT tokens to a wallet they control.

Tokens left on exchanges may not be eligible for migration.

5. Migration Process

When does the migration start?

The migration window will be announced soon.

Full migration details will be released within the next 14 days.

How long will the migration window remain open?

The migration window is expected to remain open for 28 days.

During this time, holders must actively migrate their tokens.

What happens if I miss the migration window?

Tokens that are not migrated within the 28-day window will not be eligible for conversion.

When will airdrop information be announced?

Any airdrop or additional incentive information will be announced after the migration window has closed.

This ensures fairness and prevents manipulation of the migration system.

6. Team

Is this the same team from Script Network?

Yes — the core founding team from Script Network remains involved in Harbor ML.

At the same time, Harbor ML is expanding with new hires and advisors from major technology companies including OpenAI, Microsoft, and Dropbox.

Members of the Script Network team will also serve as advisors to Cleo.xyz during the technology transition.

What is the timeline from now until launch?
