Tradsark New Materials (Weifang) Co., Ltd. has started operation of a new low-VOC laminating line for aluminum foil fiberglass fabric at its facility in Weifang, Shandong Province, China. The line was put into operation on March 27, 2026.

The line produces aluminum foil fiberglass fabric, aluminized fabric and other heat-reflective composite materials. These materials are used in pipe wrapping, industrial insulation, building insulation, thermal shielding and fire protection products.

The equipment was supplied by **Jiangyin City HongHua Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd.** It uses a solvent-free and low-VOC laminating process to combine fiberglass fabric with aluminum foil or reflective film.

Production Line Configuration

The new line includes:

  • enclosed coating room
  • drying oven exhaust gas collection
  • RCO exhaust gas treatment system
  • online temperature control
  • safety interlock functions

For aluminum foil fiberglass fabric, the lamination process needs stable web tension, controlled oven temperature and even bonding between the fiberglass fabric and the reflective layer. If these parts are not controlled well, the finished material may have wrinkles, surface defects, weak adhesion or delamination.

Tradsark said the line was built around these daily production requirements rather than only adding capacity.

Fire Protection and Standby Power

The factory also added fire protection and emergency power equipment for this production line.

**ENERZIP supplied diesel emergency water pump equipment and two 500 kVA industrial standby diesel generator sets**. These systems are used for the fire protection system, exhaust gas treatment equipment and production control loads during utility power interruptions.

For a laminating line, a sudden power outage can affect more than production output. Exhaust gas collection may stop, the RCO system may stop running, the drying oven may lose airflow control, and material inside the line may be damaged.

The standby power system is used to keep the exhaust gas collection system, RCO treatment system, fire protection pumps and production control equipment running during a power interruption.

Environmental Procedures

Tradsark has completed the environmental procedures for the project, including environmental impact assessment, pollutant discharge permit or registration procedures, and environmental protection acceptance after completion.

The company also operates under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

For production involving coating, drying and lamination, exhaust gas collection and VOC control are part of normal factory planning. In this project, the enclosed coating room, centralized oven exhaust collection and RCO system were included from the beginning of the production line setup.

With the line now in operation, Tradsark will continue producing aluminum foil fiberglass fabric and heat-reflective insulation materials for:
