After three long months, I can finally hear your beautiful voice once more. This time, it echoes longer, filling a space that belongs entirely to you. Listening to your own masterpiece makes me realize that the storms of yesterday were just the universe’s way of clearing the path for a dawn this breathtaking.

Today, I listened to Ride or Die on repeat. I treasured every single second, every note, and every verse you sang. I even recorded myself watching your music video. Throughout the entire video, I was completely speechless, merely jaw dropped, screaming in silence. It looked so silly when I watched it back, I looked like insane, but that was my rawest reaction to your MV. After all, who wouldn’t lose their mind seeing you in that car, looking the way you did?! I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs, but the words just caught in my throat.

Then, I listened to the next track, Overflow. The moment it played, Overflow completely captured my heart. It instantly became my ultimate favorite. That song feels so genuinely you; your soul, your struggle, and your beautiful heart are poured into every single note.

Evan, it honestly makes me want to cry because I’m so incredibly proud of you. I can barely find the words to describe the pride swelling in my chest. I don’t even know if the word “proud” is enough to measure what I feel today. I know I’ve said it countless times, perhaps too often, but I will never ever get tired of saying it again: I’m so proud of you. I feel so blessed to witness the very first day of your new journey.
