When people talk about Jeffrey Epstein, they are talking about one of the most well-known names in the world, and yet hardly anyone really understands what kind of man he was. We hear endlessly about the crimes, the private island, the famous names in his contact book, and the powerful men who flew on his plane, but the one thing nobody talks about is what was actually going on inside his head.
What kind of mindset does a man need to have to do the things Epstein did, not just to grown women but to underage young girls, year after year, without an ounce of guilt. The answer to that question matters far more than the list of celebrities he knew, because that mindset is the thing that made all the rest of it possible. Epstein was not just a criminal who sexually abused women. He was a man who never once saw women as equals, and there is an email he wrote in 2009 that shows it in his own words.

Jeffrey Epstein’s Rules For The Perfect Woman
In November 2025, the U.S. House Oversight Committee released a huge batch of Epstein’s documents, and among them was an email he had sent to one of his girlfriends back in 2009. It read like instructions for training an animal, except every order in it was about controlling a woman down to the smallest part of her daily life. Nothing about it sounded like a man talking to someone he loved. It was just a long list of things she had to do, exactly the way he wanted them done. Here are some of the things he ordered her to do:
- Learn to cook eggs exactly the way he wanted them, scrambled, poached, and over-easy.
- Learn to prepare shrimp, broiled, baked, and boiled, along with the sauces to go with them.
- Learn how to set a table and present food the way he liked it.
- Read one of the hundred great books every month from a list he would give her.
- Exercise four times a week, every week, with no exceptions.
- Learn to type at sixty words a minute.
- Never bring anything into the house without showing it to him first for his approval.
And the list did not stop there. He also told her to learn how to run a household, to make fresh fruit drinks, and to stop arguing with him during the week, saying that any issues had to wait until the weekend. He even ordered her to stop complaining about a list of other women he named, since to him she was nothing more than one of several women he kept around to serve him.

This Is How Predators Think About Women
Anyone who reads this email can feel that this is not a normal man. This is a man so obsessed with control that he treated a woman the way a master treats an animal. This is not a man in a relationship with a woman he respects. This is a man who saw a woman as something to be trained and owned, a piece of property with no will of her own.
Every part of her life, what she ate, what she cooked, what she read, how she exercised, when she was allowed to speak about her problems, even the things she could bring into her own home was under his control. The fact that he openly bragged about his affairs to his own girlfriend proves this piece of shit was not just a control freak but a master manipulator.
This scumbag did not only abuse the women around him, he psychologically tortured them and played with their minds. What that email really exposes goes far beyond this one woman, because it shows the way his entire mind worked. Every woman, to him, was someone to be controlled, owned, and used.

This is the mindset behind everything else Epstein did. A man who needs this much control over a grown woman has already decided women are beneath him. And once a man believes that, there is no line left that he won’t cross. The same man who wrote those rules is the man who abused and trafficked girls, because to him, there was no real difference between a woman and a girl. Both were just bodies for him to exploit, abuse, and pass around.
The most important thing to understand about Epstein is that being a misogynist is not just about being disrespectful to women. It is a way of seeing the world, and it is the foundation that every kind of organized abuse against women is built on. Behind almost every case of a man who systematically abuse women, you will find this same belief driving it, the idea that women are inferior, that they exist to serve men, and that a man has the right to control them.
It is not a coincidence. A man who genuinely saw women as equal human beings could never do the things Epstein did. The belief always comes first, and the abuse follows from it. What a man believes about women is what he will eventually do to them.

No Woman Is Ever The Exception
This is why women need to take this behavior seriously when they see it, even in the little things a man says and does. The problem is that men like this are very often charming. They are confident, charismatic, successful, and they know how to make a woman feel special. Epstein himself was charming enough to surround himself with the most powerful people in the world.
And this is where so many women get fooled, because they see the warning signs early, the controlling behaviour, the contempt for other women, the need to be in charge of everything, and they convince themselves it does not apply to them. They think he treats other women that way, but with her he is different, she is the exception. That belief is the most dangerous mistake a woman can make, because no woman is ever the exception, and eventually he shows her who he really is.

Most men who think this way never get the kind of power and money that Epstein had, because that level of wealth is what lets a man act on his worst beliefs for years without consequences. But the belief is the same, and given the opportunity, far more men would act on it than most people think. That is why women need to take it seriously no matter who it comes from, whether a friend, a boyfriend, a husband, or even a relative, because Epstein showed exactly what these men are capable of.
A man can do all of this in the open, surrounded by the most powerful people alive, and almost every one of the men connected to him walked away without spending a single day in court. If that is what happens at the very top, then ordinary women have to understand that no one is coming to protect them.
The only real protection they have is to see who these men really are and believe it the first time. No one came to save the women and girls Epstein destroyed, and no one is going to come for the next ones either. The hard truth is that women have always had to be their own last line of defense.
