Deadline reminders are sent via email, web notifications, and ASQA update newsletters. Non-compliance may lead to regulatory sanctions.

For newly established training providers, the submission date depends on the initial registration date. If registered by December 31 of the previous year, an annual declaration on compliance is required.

In Case of Non-receipt of Unique Web Link

If the CEO does not receive the web link:

1. Check spam/junk folders.
2. Update email addresses on training.gov.au and asqanet.
