Weekends Like This

This weekend was one of those weekends that just filled my heart.

There wasn’t anything extravagant. No huge milestone or life-changing event. Just time spent with the two people I love most.

Getting to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and spend time together was something I’ll always be grateful for. And then coming home to my little guy, who somehow has enough energy to keep me laughing every single day, made the weekend feel complete.

Life gets busy. We’re all chasing goals, working hard, and trying to build something for the future. But weekends like this remind me why I’m working so hard in the first place.

Sometimes the best weekends aren’t the ones packed with plans — they’re the ones that simply leave you feeling thankful.

I’m ending this weekend with a full heart, a grateful spirit, and excitement for everything this new week might bring.
