Overview Begin your journey at the rooftop plaza of Nakheel Mall, where a dedicated museum and gallery share the inspiring story behind the creation of Palm Jumeirah. Then, step into a digitally immersive elevator that simulates sea, sand, and sky as it ascends to the observatory at the top of The Palm Tower. From there, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Dubai’s iconic landmarks. After your sky-high adventure, you can relax at The View Café or explore the gift shop at Nakheel Mall Rooftop.

- Large bags, shopping bags, and strollers must be stored in lockers near the entrance
- Level 52 is fully wheelchair accessible; Level 54 (Next Level) is accessible via stairs only
Product Additional Information Operating hours from 1st May 2025 until further notice:
- Non-Prime Hours: 9:00 AM — 4:30 PM and after 7:30 PM
- Prime Hours: 5:00 PM — 7:00 PM
- Sunrise Hours: 5:00 AM — 6:30 AM (Saturday & Sunday until 31st May only)
- Tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged once lost or damaged
- No refunds for visibility issues due to weather

- Attractions may temporarily close due to severe weather — refunds are not issued in these cases
