untitled — hate

I was listening to a radio show on pubic transportation home from an eye doctor appt yesterday. The public transportation situation is a van type situation where you can book a ride anywhere in the downtown area. Anyway on the way back the driver had the radio on and it was talking about trump and how one of the callers into the show mentioned we do not have a racial problem in america we have a hate issue. And that white people hate themselves so much they can not turn that inward so it gets expressed outward toward black people and so forth. While I have reservations about their statements I do agree its a hate problem. With the man Rick chow presumably Chinese shot and murdered a 14 year old who he accused of stealing water bottles(plural) then chased said child and shot him in the back because he had a gun and felt threatened. Now this 14 year old did have a gun but he never once pulled it out but regardless of what he did or did not do being shot in the back is insane work, Cyrus Carmack-Belton should still be alive today.

With everything going on and me personally trying to write a book on solidarity, community, and just uniting people against the common enemy gets discouraging at times. #Stopasianhate was a really powerful campaign but at the same time affirmative action was just around the corner to being cut because “black people” were taking spots meant for actually “smart asian students” when in reality it benefitted everyone from the asian student to the common white man but hey if black people are the target who cares who benefits as long as black people do not have something. Whiteness and white supremacy has rooted itself into so many communities that trying to ally with others you never know if they will succumb to the white propaganda or stand with you. What is even more crazy as black people we truly set out tog et along with everyone but at the end of the day the world we currently live in uses black pain as fuel for everyday life. It is ok to stop a potential robbery by shooting someone in the back while not even in your store anymore. I have never heard of self defense being taken to where the original location is not. If you claim self defense stay in the safest place there was, your store and everyone would still be alive!

And disclaimer this does not mean every Chinese person, every asian person, every black or white person is to be blamed for this injustice yesterday, today, and tomorrow unfortunately, but we have to do better to get rid of white supremacy and its tendrils that have dug so deep other minorities forget history and side with the white man. In no other world would it be ok to dispose of a robber yourself but since its a black body who the fuck cares. And do not forget asian people are only allowed to set up shop in black neighborhoods so black people can’t own anything or serve their own communities. And to be so scared you need a gun to chase down a customer who already left only tells me you do not trust the community you work in and therefore do not need to be anywhere near. This is a two-fold problem by the government and institutions that allow certain people to own businesses in neighborhoods they do not live in and that the people who do live there have a hard time trying to even start a business. While only being allowed to set up business as patrons are only seen as nothing but dollar signs and if they are not to spend money they can just die. ALL in the name of capitalism and white supremacy.
