For patty lovers who want to cut down on their beef intake, Crossover Meats has a solution.

By blending meat with chicken, this women-owned business makes it easy to reduce meat consumption without a drastic lifestyle change. All three flavors are frozen and ready to cook for your eating leisure.

This is also a fun way to switch things up for those who are sick of eating chicken all the time.

Chicken + Lamb Patties

This was such a treat to eat. I love lamb, and its flavor was very plentiful despite the patty being a meat blend. Next time, I want to try it with tzatziki sauce.

Chicken + Pork Patties

When I first tried this blend, I thought I was able to slightly decipher the chicken. I was so hungry that I didn’t notice after the first bite — it was that delicious! Plus, I didn’t experience that overly stuffed feeling I usually get after eating an all beef hamburger.

I ate this flavor with toasted multigrain bread, avocado, spicy ketchup, and mustard.

Chicken + Beef Patties

This was my least favorite of the three, but not because it tasted bad – the other two were simply better. This is as close tasting to a traditional burger as you can get. Therefore, I recommend this flavor for those wary of trying chicken blends. I ate this with lettuce, white rice, and avocado.
