Keiko in Tokyo

Tokyo/Japanese. It was Seoul. Or a car. Or the glint off — of a car; or something.

Northern Daikenyama — knew something. The streets were vacant today. And even across the street — the junkyard seemed like it could even be a welcome adventure…and even comfortable somehow. Cities offered social archaeology happenstances in the oddest ways — she thought.

Had anyone ever talked about the Tokyo urban planning commission?! NHK had the coolest toothpaste fresh white weather infographics. But yet this junkyard thing.!

Vibing and profiling…” said a tourist walking the opposite way down the sidewalk. Which was wide and well-kept. Thankful Tokyo.

“Lost English…” Keiko thought.

I have to learn English…but the order of words in a sentence was such a headache; she wondered about why it was even necessary in the first place. Why would a junkyard seem comfortable…so many questions and considerations sometimes!!!

She kept walking up the sidewalk and stopped at a gaming room and decided to purchase some holo stickers. The gaming room was loud and nice, she decided.

She had seen a video on the Internet the day before about sailing in southern Tokyo Bay, and thought about inviting her contemporary female next-door neighbour.

The owners of the company appeared happy and upbeat in the video. The broad sails of the sailboats — ocean cruisers — were white; but not white, kind of off-white. Maybe it was the sun and the kind of video camera they had filmed with. The color matched their teeth. White-bright smiles — at a forty three thousand yen 2-hour price tag.

It seemed worth it but not. But yes, but ultimately no…??!

But the windy sea air and sunlight could be nice. But maybe it would be a seasick sporting event with friends.

But why not?! But maybe not.

And then there was the car ride to Yokohama basically. Or not.

And that was the decision. . . . But what decision? Which part?!

So she focused on the Yinobi Holo Sticker machine in front of her and decided to make some stickers for her next-door neighbour to say hi. And maybe drink wine with.

As a Keiko looked at the Yinobi screen, and stared for a moment...she followed the screen instructions; pleased with the UI (user interface) and the comfortable touchscreen beeps in the loud game room.

Later she walked at a brisk pace in the sunny cool autumn afternoon; content with her sticker-making. And pleasantly thinking about knocking on her neighbour’s door.

Whatever the sailing thing was. Maybe this was better. Or not. Or so. . .
