Adding a Retail License to a Brewery License

Did you know that domestic breweries and microbreweries can add up to four retail licenses for each brewery license? These can be added to the brewery premises itself, or be at a separate, offsite location.

• Catering can only be added to a brewery license as an endorsement to a retail license.
• Restaurant licenses come with food service requirements. Breweries can contract with another business to provide the required food service, as long as the food business does not have a retail liquor license.
