morning fog… the bleat of an unseen lamb

The fog gathers softly across the fields, loosening the edges of everything it touches. Somewhere within that whitened distance, a small cry rises and fades again, more presence than direction. In that unseen calling, the morning feels both emptier and more alive at once.
