There is a version of the school year’s end that most educators have never experienced — one where the last day of class isn’t just an exhausted finish line, but a genuinely organized departure point. Where students leave with not just a report card but a clear, specific roadmap for the summer and the year ahead. Where teachers close their classrooms with the first draft of the next semester already in motion.
