When I started building WaBulkMessenger, I thought success would come from adding more features.

The more I spoke with business owners, marketers, recruiters, and sales teams, the more I realized I was asking the wrong question.

People weren’t asking for another dashboard. They weren’t asking for more buttons. They weren’t asking for complicated automation. They were asking for something much simpler.

“Can this save me time?”

That single question changed the way I think about product development.

Every hour spent copying contacts, writing the same message repeatedly, or following up manually is an hour that could have been spent talking to customers, closing deals, or growing a business.

That’s why every update in WaBulkMessenger is driven by real customer conversations.

Whether it’s making messages feel more natural with human-like typing, improving formatting, or helping users rewrite messages with AI, the goal is always the same:

Reduce repetitive work without making the workflow more complicated.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned as a builder is that customers rarely ask for technology.

They ask for outcomes. They want more time. More productivity. Better conversations.

And software should help them achieve those goals.

We’re still early in the journey, and there’s a lot more to build.

But one principle won’t change:

We’ll continue building features based on real user feedback, not assumptions.
