The Era of Taylor Swift: A Night to Remember at Houston’s NRG Stadium

At NRG Stadium last night, Taylor Swift launched the Houston portion of her “Eras Tour” with a dynamic and riveting performance. The pop queen wowed the over 70,000 people in the sold-out audience with her big songs, ornate costumes and breathtaking graphics.

Swift’s chart-topping tune “Shake It Off,” which she performed to start the event, quickly got the crowd singing and dancing. After that, the singer sang a number of other songs from her wide repertoire, such as “Love Story,” “Blank Space,” and “You Belong With Me.”

Fans were wowed by more than just the song, as well, including Swift’s lavish outfits and breathtaking stage production. The vocalist alternated between a shimmering gold costume and a vibrant gown with a butterfly theme throughout the performance.
