How the Harry Potter Next Generation Stories Should Be

Instead of Albus’ middle name being Severus, it’s Rubeus. Albus Rubeus Potter. Then in 2015, James Sirius goes to Hogwarts and meets Ralph Deedle who’s a Slytherin, and Zane Walker, who’s a Ravenclaw and from America. James, as we all know, is a Gryffindor, he meets Sabrina Hildegard, Damien Damascus, Noah Metzker and his brother Steven, and Petra Morganstern. Ted Lupin he already knows about. James, Ralph and Zane become best friends. And then there’s that Slytherin bitch, Tabitha Corsica, who makes Pansy Parkinson look like Michelle Rodriguez. So, the three guys discover the Hall of Elder’s Crossing.

No idea about the 2016–2017 school year, but this should be the year James tries out for Quidditch and gets position of Seeker, just like his dad. Of course, Zane is also Chaser for Ravenclaw and Ralph is Beater for Slytherin. After Ted graduated the previous year, he’s been successful.

Okay, James’ third year, the Curse of the Gatekeeper, where Albus, Rose GW, and Scorpius Malfoy start Hogwarts. Albus should be in Gryffindor, Rose is already in Gryffindor and Scorpius, no surprise, is in Slytherin. At first, he and James don’t get along, but over the course of time, the two somewhat become friends, and Albus and Scorpius become best friends.

Fourth year, the Vault of Destinies. James, Ralph, Zane and Petra go to the States to unlock a big mystery. Meanwhile, Rose is in the Gryffindor Quidditch Team as a Chaser. Harry reunites with Oliver Wood and James is starting to fall for Petra, but she doesn’t know it. They sail a ship and Petra drops her amulet into the ocean. James tries to save her, and while he does, the amulet was already too far down. “Let me go, James. Let me go.”

During James’ fifth year, the Morrigan Web, strange goings-on have been happening as of late. Harry gives him his Invisibility Cloak, temporarily. Zane also has a new girlfriend named Nastasia Hendricks. James was suspicious of her at first, but then she proved herself to be a faithful ally. In Albus’ third year, he has mixed feeling about going to Hogsmeade. Also, in February 2020, China released a virus known as COVID-19.

In James’ sixth year, the Cursed Child, Harry gives him back the Invisibility Cloak, this time to keep. He also gives him the Marauder’s Map, but for emergency use only. Albus starts off his fourth year by sneaking off with Scorpius to take the Time-Turner from the Ministry, go back in time and save Cedric Diggory, along with Delphi, a new girl who claims to be Cedric’s cousin. They travel to the third Triwizard task, June 24, 1995, and prevent Cedric’s death from happening. Only to create a massive butterfly effect. Voldemort still lived, Rose and Hugo no longer existed, Albus and Scorpius switched houses, Harry wound up with Hermione — which was actually satisfactory for some — Ron had died, and Cedric was now a Death Eater. Umbridge also runs Hogwarts again. Bad news.

In James’ seventh year, the Crimson Thread, the timeline had already been restored with only a few minor differences. Delphi was placed in Azkaban and was revealed to be the daughter of Bellatrix Lestrange. Petra also needed to be saved from herself and prevent changing reality. In 2022, the new battle had won and James, Ralph and Zane graduate with flying colors.

Well, that’s it in a nutshell. I know all those stories have already been written, but my way would’ve been better, and I know it’s too late to change Albus’ name now, but Rubeus would’ve been a better name than Severus. And Remus is Ted’s middle name, so. I wrote a spinoff for Hermione, like, two years ago.
