My Broken Mind
I used to try to please everyone.

I used to try to please everyone.
Then came rejection, body shaming, and my psoriasis. Burnout. Psychosis.
My broken mind.
Dark figures live inside my psyche. The system, with all its rules and laws, forces me into a “net.” My mind feels crushed.
Angels and demons play their “devilish game.”
People become demons inside my head. They keep shouting at me. Over and over again.
Sometimes I feel myself breaking under it.
Constantly judged. Constantly evaluated. Everything seems wrong.
Yet I still try to stay kind.
To bring a little warmth into this cold world.
Maybe more people struggle with this than we think. I spend a lot of time in self-help groups.
But this planet has always been a hostile place. That’s just how it is.
So I keep trying to stay afloat. It is the only way I know.
And at least I am still alive.
Until one day, I am not.
And then the question remains:
After all these games, after all these struggles,
what finally comes next?
