“I became a Chartered Accountant within one year not because I was extremely good but because I was focused and ready to let go of all that would be a hindrance to my vision. We all have 24 hours a day but I chose to use 20 hours for work and studies.”

“The journey wasn’t a bed of roses,” he reflected, adding that, “it takes consistency, dedication, hard work, self-discipline, and the God factor.”

“Don’t allow your family background to be a limiting factor,” he urged. “Jesus was from a town of no respect but that didn’t limit Him.”

Before his current job with a reputable institution, Ayitey served as Finance Lead at Olive Health Diagnostics and Imaging Ltd., a premier health service provider, where his expertise strengthened operations. His move to a very reputable institution marks another chapter of professional excellence in Ghana’s financial sector.
