Easily Submit Your Pune University (SPPU) Transcripts to WES

When planning to have your Pune University (SPPU) transcripts evaluated by World Education Services (WES), it’s essential to follow the correct procedure to ensure a smooth process. Recently, SPPU has introduced an electronic transcript submission option, simplifying the process and potentially saving on courier costs. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you navigate this process:

Steps to Apply for SPPU Transcripts and Send Them to WES:

Login to Your Student Profile:

• Use the official SPPU portal where you typically fill out your exam forms, not the separate transcript website often found via Google searches.

Apply for the Transcript:

• Once logged in, navigate to the “Apply for Certificate” section.
• Scroll down and select “Apply for Transcript.”
• Read and accept the terms and conditions to proceed.

Fill in the Details:

• On the details page, enter your final year seat number and complete all required fields.
• Select your college from the dropdown and it will auto-fill the puncode.

Select Delivery Type:

• You have two options:
• Post: To receive a hard copy of your transcripts.
• Electronic: To send your transcripts directly to WES.
• You can also select both options.

Order Copies:

• You can order multiple copies. For instance, you might order two copies for personal use and one to be sent to WES.
• Important: Ensure you correctly enter your WES reference number in the designated field.

Payment:

• The cost for the electronic delivery service is an additional 200 INR, totaling 920 INR.
• The cost for the post is 720 INR.
• Complete the payment process to finalize your order.
• In my case for 2 Post and 1 Electronic it was 2360 INR.

Timing and Considerations

Once you’ve completed these steps, SPPU will manage the electronic submission of your transcripts to WES. The documents typically reach WES within 10 to 15 days, though they may occasionally arrive sooner or later depending on various factors.

Update : If your transcripts are not sent to WES within 5 days, You should visit the SPPU Examination section and get the transcripts sent over to WES, along with that you can get the copy for yourself.
