All colors come from the same light. They always were light, and they’ll always remain light.

Non-duality reminds us that the red never ceased to be light, the blue never strayed from its source, and the green was never separate in the first place. The illusion is not in the light but in our perception that the colors are divided.

The same is true for life. What we call “me” and “you,” “this” and “that,” “joy” and “sorrow” — all of it is the one light appearing as many. Nothing ever left the source, nothing ever became separate.

The rainbow, the disco ball, the Netflix drama — different costumes, same actor. Light is not trying to become whole; it already is. Non-duality simply points out that the search for unity ends when we realize it was never lost.
