Document 1

FROM THE FIRST DOCUMENT RELEASED TODAY BY TULSI GABBARD

Document 1 has fleeting glimpses of the long sought after Z program report form Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Some of my U.S. acquaintances have indeed read it, but they won’t tell me anything for security reasons.

Hmm, interesting “conversation”, which we would all love to hear!

Interestingly, given my obsession with them, Pangolins are mentioned on Pages 37 and 61:

Page 84. Fauci’s Pangolin Obsession!

“During this SVTC, Dr. Fauci offered thoughts related to certain points the CBD analyst raised from the (redacted) including China’s pangolin research, early illnesses detected at the WIV….”

**FROM THE THIRD DOCUMENT RELEASED TODAY BY TULSI GABBARD**

Pages 89 -93 reveals the intelligence community’s suspicions which strangely enough were later investigated in great depth by DRASTIC.

“There is a high probability of a laboratory produced genetically altered variant SARS-CoV-2, for example, from the coronavirus of Bat RaTG13, by replacing the nucleotide sequence of the S-protein of the parental strain in the sequence of the S-protein of the MT084071.1 strain of the coronavirus of the mammalian pangolin, or by the difficultly demonstrated target localized single nucleotide replacements with use of lab technology CRISPR-CAS9”

“in the stage of conducting repeated lab passages of the SARS-CoV-2 virus on the culture of the specific cellular line obtained from the eukaryotic cell of Eptesicus Fuscus (large brown bat), in the RNA-virus genome occurred random 12 nucleotide insertions of the misc RNA fragment.”

“On the basis of details outlined above, the following conclusions are made:

The insertion of corresponding fragment misc-RNA of large brown bat (Eptesicus Fuscus) into the SARS-CoV-2 genome.

For compiling of the specialized cellular lines, intended for the cultivation of coronaviruses, eukaryotic cells obtained from the cells of the kidney of the large brown bat, are used.

Five of six amino acids of the S-strain of SARS-CoV-2, which specify the effectiveness of the penetration of coronavirus into the cells of human lung alveoli due to this the high virulence of agent, differ from the same found in SARS-CoV and Bat-CoV-RaTG13.

One of the different amino acids of the S-protein of the spike of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, Q493, enters into the active center of receptor-binding domains (RBD).

SARS-CoV-2 has 10–20 times higher affinity than SARS-CoV of binding with ACE2.

The natural recombination of the S-genes of the bat & pangolin coronaviruses in pangolins is improbable.

Based on conclusions 1–6, it is possible to assume the high probability of a lab producing the genetically changed version of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

During further investigations, it is advisable to define the function of unknown proteins transmitted from the sequences of the ORFs of SARS-CoV-2 with the goal of determination of the genetic predisposition of different ethnic groups to outcome of illness”

Document 4

**THE FOURTH DOCUMENT WAS NOT SO USEFUL**

The released ODNI document (Part 4) is the 2021-submitted version of the Year 5 Interim RPPR (the delayed EHA Report 2021 filing).

What we really would like to see is the original 2019 draft report, as raw data uploads, or internal NIH notes from the original due period could differ in details, completeness, or emphasis (e.g., on specific viruses, sequences, or mouse experiment outcomes).

Basically, as our American cousins are fond of saying, a “nothing burger” for people who have followed the EcoHealth story closely.

This is the same Year 5 Interim RPPR (submitted August 3, 2021) that has been available publicly for years through FOIA releases from NIH.

It was discussed extensively in House Select Subcommittee reports, HHS OIG audits, and congressional hearings. The late submission (nearly 2 years after the due date of Sept 2019), the mouse experiment details (chimeric SARSr-CoVs on WIV1 backbone, including SHC014), serology results, bat sampling, etc., are all well-known.

It is not a contemporaneous 2019 draft or “original” Year 5 report prepared near the due date. It does not contain new bombshells on RaTG13, a furin cleavage site, DEFUSE proposals, or previously unseen sequences and experiments.

All the above and more was declassified by Tulsi Gabbard (Gawd bless ‘er) on 19 june 2026, being her last day at the DNI. there may be more to come under new leadership (Bill Pulte and then Jay Carlson). The pipeline that Tulsi Gabbard started, as mandated by Trump, could continue under Bill Pulte in the very short term, but I don’t believe it is guaranteed to continue once Jay Clayton takes over permanently.

I did this research for 6 years through grinding poverty, including counting the local equivalent of pennies at times, and the truly horrific experience of a burst colon, then diagnosis and operations for colon cancer, as well as having to wear a colostomy bag for a year, before my final (i hope) reverse Hartmann’s operation to remove it.
