My first Chrome Extension is live! 🎉 I built a tiny but powerful Chrome extension called **Medium to Dev.to Migrator (Clipboard Edition)** that helps you move your Medium articles to Dev.to without messy formatting or manual cleanup.
⚙️ What it does
This extension lets you:
- Open any Medium article you’ve written
- Click a button to copy the article in clean markdown format
- Paste it directly into Dev.to’s editor
- Boom — you’re ready to publish ✨
No weird styles, no broken code blocks, and no need to retype your post.
🧑💻 How to use it
- Install the extension:
- 👉 Chrome Web Store Link
- Open your Medium article while logged in.
- Click the extension icon in your Chrome toolbar.
- Hit “Copy & Paste to Dev.to” — it copies everything neatly to your clipboard and opens a new Dev.to draft tab.
- Just paste and hit publish 🚀
That’s it. One click to migrate.
