Prosecution lawyer RCS Bhadauria confirmed this. Yadav has been given a five-year jail term for robbing and setting fire to a woman’s house.

The rioters had even stolen their cattle. 70-year-old Manori jumped from the roof and saved her life by hiding in the house of a Hindu family. After that the police somehow saved his family and took them away. The whole family was out of Delhi for 2 weeks.

In this case, the court has considered the statement of 2 policemen as important. He told that Dinesh was part of the mob which was indulging in violence. However, he did not see Dinesh burning down Manori’s house. However, the court said that if someone is part of an illegal mob, then he is equally responsible for the violence like the rest of the rioters.Judgment has been given in another case related to riots. However, the accused were acquitted therein.
