Wildebeest

A haiku

wildebeest — a murmuration of raindrops across the windscreen

The scene feels suspended between motion and perception, where the ordinary rhythm of rain briefly gathers the presence of something larger moving beyond the glass. The windscreen becomes a shifting stage, and each drop seems part of a living pattern, reminding us how easily the natural world echoes itself in unexpected forms.

Curious how these small moments become haiku? I’ve written a short guide called *The Three-Minute Haiku System*, which shows a simple way to turn an observation into a draft haiku in just a few minutes. (The above haiku was created using this system.)
