I See You!

I see you…I see you. I see you! Ok. Hmmm…what does that really mean? You are not hidden. There’s never been a moment you were forgotten. You are not hopeless. Though you have been broken. Your innocence stolen. Rescue…a song by Lauren Daigle describes a lost soul and can be signified as a song for someone that has been needing to be found. In essence, this is a song about love and that you are not alone. When the heart knows, it knows. And that is not eye play, ear play or foreplay of any kind. Feeling love and receiving love from the person you give love to, is elating.

Your soul sings notes and tunes you didn’t know existed inside of you. Your soul songs show up when you surrender. You have to love yourself so radically that it exudes from every fibre of your being, and it will be felt. Not just by your significant other but from all others; everyone in the radius expansion where you dwell. It’s amazing the way frequency is emitted and how that frequency plays a part in your energetic expansion. Love.

Oh, love…look what you’ve done to me. When we allow ourselves the privilege of rising and bouncing back from an experience that left us for dead, ecstasy is then permitted to take over. Euphoria, utopia and mystics claim love as the ultimate mystery when stared at for its face value. The depth of love that exists goes beyond anything that is able to be comprehended. To see one as they are, sit with the information they share, and hold it in, with no judgement only curiosity, is the beginning of the ultimate adoration experience.

You can know nothing of someone or everything and still gravitate towards that soul because of recognition. What is it that is recognized? A familiarity of past encounters not linked to this lifetime, open the door for the mystery to be claimed. How do we know when we have shared an experience with someone in a past life? All I know is that I feel love so profoundly and it’s unshakeable. So immoveable that I want it near me at all times. Regardless of if its in close proximity or energetically, it’s this essence I melt into with all that I am.

When you invite death, it knocks, and when you answer, then change your mind, something beautiful happens. Tears of life bring you back to your heart. In honesty, we bring everything upon ourselves because we create our reality. We all want someone to see us for who we truly are and just sit with us. Sometimes there are no words for the deep agony we caused ourselves and how truly sorry we are for having done that to ourselves, and another. We know that hurt people, hurt people however what happens when we hurt innocence and ourselves?

There is a specific kind of pain we don’t come back from. We move through certain experiences knowing that they shape the very existence we are shifting out of and into. One dimension at a time. What can really be said. There is no question being asked here only a statement of sorts. We can apologize to ourselves over and over again however it’s not enough. We have to truly move on in complete forgiveness. I say not ever revisiting the experience, once we have released it. Why? Because reliving a traumatic event is expensive. Or is it? It costs our soul a lot to play out an event that caused our heart, mind, body complete misery. Trauma is trauma.

What is right and what is wrong? There is no right or wrong. Only truth and what we are able to handle every moment. One moment at a time. So…in light of the recent conversation, there’s nothing more to talk about, in the name of that. Love, forgive and move forward. That’s it. Period. The bible talks about forgiveness very explicitly, saying to forgive and you will be forgiven. Wipe the slate clean. Forgiveness is for you not against you.

Is there anything you have to revisit briefly? Have you forgiven yourself? Is there anyone you need to forgive in it’s entirety so you’re able to move forward; wholeheartedly?

Free your heart. You deserve love in it’s entirety. Self-love is the first step towards this call. Are you brave enough to answer? It will continue to chase you until you’re backed into a corner and there’s nowhere to go. There are graves with people in them that did not have a chance to wipe the slate clean. Is that what you want for yourself? Forgive yourself entirely, then you will be able to forgive another, entirely. A clean heart; in love, is a peaceful heart. One that is able to rest with itself. One that is able to sit in silence, alone and be ok with themselves. It can be noisy if you let it or it can be quiet if you let it. The more I sit in silence, the louder love gets. Love is freedom. Freedom is love. Freedom to be, freedom to do, freedom to choose. Love…I see you because I feel you and I am you.
