Training for Civil Servants of Diskominfo Badung Regency: “Serve With Love” Supported by ION Network

A total of 100 civil servants (ASN) from the Department of Communication and Informatics, now part of the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs of Badung Regency, participated in a training program themed “Serve With Love.” The program aimed to build strong character and enhance participants’ confidence in public speaking.

Enhancing Civil Servants’ Competence for Excellent Service

This training focused on developing participants’ soft skills and character to improve the quality of public services. The “Serve With Love” theme highlighted the importance of serving the community with sincerity, empathy, and love. Participants were expected to apply the knowledge gained from the training in their daily duties, improve their communication skills, and become inspirational figures in public settings.
