Fujifilm X100Fのボケについて考える / Thoughts about Bokeh done by Fujifilm X100F

このブログシステムを使うのは久しぶりで、下書きを開いてみたら、ずいぶん前（恐らく5年以上前）に書きかけで放置した記事が出てきた。撮った写真もまったく記憶にない。改めて読むと新鮮で、実はこの記事を書いた後、しばらくX100Fは使っていなかった。ところがフィルムカメラを経て、今また、散歩に常用するカメラになった。

以下、その昔にレンズのボケについて書いた内容である。なるほどそうだった。

富士フイルムのX100Fでいろいろ試し撮りをしている。機能や操作の面では、ニコンD850で使っている機能のほとんどが入っていて、さすがコンデジ最高峰。撮影時にこと細かに設定できる点でとても優れていて、こんな機能があったらいいのに、という不満は今のところ何もない。

描写面はというと、フジノンのレンズは23mmと広角なのに（フルサイズ換算で35mm）、開放（f/2）で撮るといい感じにボケる。

光の玉ボケを撮ったときに、輪郭がくっきり出るタイプとぼんやり出るタイプがあるけれど、フジノンは後者。くっきりタイプよりもボケが柔らかくなる。

基本的にスナップ用のカメラだと思うけれど、ポートレートを撮ってもきっと面白いに違いない。ただ、仕事で使うのには、まだ少し勇気がいる。

It’s been a long time since I used this blog system, and when I opened a draft, I found an article I had written long ago (probably more than 5 years ago) and then abandoned. I don’t even remember the pictures I took. It was refreshing to read it again. In fact, I had not used the X100F for a while after I wrote that article. However, after going through film cameras, it is now the camera I use regularly for hiking.

The following is what I wrote about the bokeh of the lens in the past. I see… it was like this.

I took several test shots with Fujifilm’s X100F. In terms of features and operation, it has most of the functions used in the Nikon D850, which is indeed the pinnacle of condenser digital cameras. It is excellent in that it allows me to make detailed settings while shooting, and so far I have no complaints that I wish it had such functions.

As for the descriptive aspect, even though the Fujinon lens has a wide angle of 23mm (35mm full frame equivalent), it produces a nice bokeh when taken with the lens wide open (f/2).

When you take a photo of a light ball bokeh, there are two types: one with a clear outline and the other with a blurred outline. The FUJINON is the latter type, which produces a softer bokeh than the clear type. Although the X100F is basically a snapshot camera, it is certainly interesting for portraits. However, I still need some courage to use it for work.
