RANNTA Establishes a Canonical DOI Archive on Zenodo

In fast-moving crypto ecosystems, visibility often comes before permanence. RANNTA chose the opposite order.

Today, the RANNTA ecosystem has established a canonical Zenodo DOI archive, providing a persistent, machine-readable, and standards-based identity layer for its protocol and core components.

This archive is not a marketing initiative. It is an infrastructure decision.

What Was Built

The repository https://github.com/ilia144000/rannta-zenodo-registry serves as the authoritative mirror of Zenodo (DataCite) records for the RANNTA ecosystem.

It preserves:

• Concept DOIs and version DOIs issued by Zenodo (CERN-backed)
• Stable metadata snapshots derived directly from the Zenodo API
• Structured JSON and JSON-LD (schema.org Dataset) optimized for
• search engines
• AI systems
• knowledge graphs

No executable product code is hosted there. The repository exists solely as a canonical identity and provenance anchor.

Why This Matters

Most crypto projects rely on mutable signals: websites, social accounts, repositories, or platforms that may change or disappear.

By contrast:

• DOIs are permanent
• Zenodo records are archival
• DataCite metadata is globally indexed
• schema.org enables semantic ingestion by AI systems

This means the identity of RANNTA is now:

• independent of any single website or platform
• verifiable through academic-grade infrastructure
• accessible to machines, not just humans
