City of Hundred Spires — that’s Prague, the capital of theCzech Republic 🇨🇿

Why it’s called that: Prague earned the nickname because of its insane skyline. Walk through the city and you’ll see Gothic church steeples, Baroque domes, Renaissance towers, and medieval castle turrets everywhere you look.

The exact count? Nobody agrees. Estimates say there are actually 500+ to 1000+ spires if you count every little one. But “hundred” sounds poetic, so it stuck.
