Charles’s universe turns not on some whim of happenstance; he was singled out for one last chance.

From a distant foreign realm, barren and cold, Charles will be tried by rules far more ancient to uphold. His transgressions much more than indiscretions… layered greater than fourfold.

These immutable forces — gathered against him — are never tarnished or smudged. Unlike others, Charles will not be left unjudged.

To the rule of law, the resolution will adhere, and he’ll be compared with all his worldwide peers. For his crimes, the sentence will be swift and clear with no need to shed wasted tears.

In the end, their conclusion was hard to hear, and impossible to resist. Charles is going on the naughty list
