Renaiss Beta Redemption Guide｜How to Redeem Your Vaulted Cards

Beta Redemption is now rolling out in phases on Renaiss.

For Renaiss, redemption is not just a delivery feature. It is one of the most important moments where on-chain ownership connects back to real-world collectibles.

Through Renaiss OS, supported physical cards are vaulted through verified third-party custody and represented on-chain. With Beta Redemption, users can begin turning supported vaulted cards from on-chain ownership into physical delivery, with each key step clearly confirmed along the way.

This guide will walk you through the redemption flow step by step on renaiss.xyz.

For users in regions not currently listed in the redemption region options, separate regional arrangements may be available. Please contact your regional ambassador for more details.

Before you begin, please make sure your shipping address, email, and phone number are ready. Some parts of the process will require verification.

Step 1｜Go to the Redeem Page

Visit the Redemption page on Renaiss:

**renaiss.xyz -> redeem**

Once you enter the page, you will see the Available for redemption section.

Here, you can view the cards that are currently available for redemption. Cards may be shown under different locations or vaults.

Step 2｜Select the Card You Want to Redeem

Choose the card you want to redeem.

After selecting a card, it will be added to your Redemption cart on the right side of the page.

In the cart, you can review the card information, including:

Card name Location FMV Quantity

You can also remove the card from the cart before continuing.

Once everything looks correct, click Go to redemption cart.

Step 3｜Review Your Redemption Cart

On the Redemption Cart page, check the card you are about to redeem.

Please read the reminder carefully:

Redeeming these cards will permanently burn the NFTs and cannot be undone.

This means that once the redemption request is completed, the corresponding NFT will be permanently burned as part of the redemption process.

Only continue if you are sure you want to redeem the selected card.

Step 4｜Add Your Shipping Address

Next, go to the Shipping address section.

If you have not added an address before, click + Add new address.

A new address window will appear. Fill in your shipping details using English only.

You will need to enter:

Country / Region Address Apartment, suite, etc. Postal code City State / Province

You can also choose whether to save this address for future use.

After filling in the details, click Add New Address.

Once the address is saved, you will see a confirmation message on the page.

Step 5｜Fill in Your Contact Information

After adding your shipping address, complete the Contact Information section.

Fill in:

First Name Last Name Email Address Phone Region Phone Number

Your email and phone number need to be verified before you can continue.

Step 6｜Verify Your Email Address

In the Email Address field, click Link.

A verification window will appear asking you to connect your email.

Enter your email address and continue. You will receive a 6-digit confirmation code in your email inbox.

Copy the code, return to Renaiss, and enter the confirmation code.

Once verified, your Email Address will show as Verified.

Step 7｜Verify Your Phone Number

Next, select your Phone Region and enter your phone number.

Click Send OTP.

A phone number verification window will appear. Enter the 6-digit SMS code you receive, then click Confirm.

Once verified, your Phone Number will also show as Verified.

Step 8｜Get Courier Options

After your address and contact information are completed, go to the Delivery section.

Click Get Courier Options.

The available courier option will appear on the page, together with delivery details such as estimated delivery time and shipping cost.

Select the courier option shown on the page.

Step 9｜Review the Final Details

Before payment, review the full redemption summary carefully.

The page will show the redemption details, including:

Total FMV Insurance Handling Fee Shipping Cost Total

Please make sure the selected card, shipping address, contact information, courier option, and fee summary are all correct before moving forward.

Step 10｜Confirm NFT Burn Acknowledgement

Before completing the redemption, you must confirm that you understand the NFT burn process.

Check the box:

I understand my NFTs will be permanently burned to complete this redemption.

This confirmation is required before you can proceed.

Step 11｜Pay and Sign the Redemption Request

After confirming all details, click Pay.

The page will begin processing the redemption request.

You will also need to sign the redemption request in your wallet. Please follow the wallet prompt and complete the signature.

After the signature is completed, the system will create your redemption order.

Once successful, you will see a confirmation that the order has been created.

Your redemption request has been created successfully.

The Renaiss team will continue processing the request based on the submitted redemption information.

Redemption Beta is an important step in making physical collectibles more transparent and accessible through on-chain infrastructure. From third-party custody to Renaiss OS, from digital ownership to physical delivery, the goal is to make each step clearer, more verifiable, and easier for users to follow.
