Ascension Is Sufficient with Hawkins’ Level of Consciousness

I’ll start with the conclusion. This is all that people who say “I want to ascend!” really need.

  • Read Eckhart Tolle’s A New Earth and recognize the ego. Dismantling the ego comes first.
  • Make an effort to raise your level of consciousness as defined by Hawkins, and establish a solid inner axis within yourself.
  • Actively heal your inner child. Use self-hugging while repeating “thank you” and “I’m sorry.” If there is a clearly identifiable period when you were hurt, go back to that point and heal it.

Simple, isn’t it? It only becomes difficult because people overcomplicate it, and eventually they start talking about “ascension symptoms.” Who came up with that, anyway? There may be psychological factors involved, but mostly it just sounds good. It’s proof that a sense of elitism is at work.

I realized that if you have just this much, there’s no need to think deeply about anything else. Certainly, additives and things harmful to the body affect health, so removing them is inevitable. Junk food is out of the question. Elements infused with thoughts and intentions erode the body, and eventually even the mind. Have you ever thought about what birds, cows, or pigs raised in cramped cages might have felt as they approached their final moments?

Some of this is created by human selfishness, but isn’t the very act of thinking about things and elevating one’s spirituality itself connected to the concept of ascension?

Saying “I must ascend” is just pretending to understand. Isn’t that a state where there’s no growth and no self-reflection?

Has anything actually changed for you because of “ascension”? Probably nothing has.

Let me say something even more painful. Why not take an honest look at where you place yourself on Hawkins’ scale of consciousness?

People with high levels of consciousness don’t care about the word ascension at all. Those who obsess over it are at that level — that’s all. Am I wrong? In the places I used to frequent, no one talked about such things. Each person had their own thoughts and their own vision of the future they wanted to create.

You’re just feeding the ego. The ego is being satisfied by the pleasant, nice-sounding word ascension. And perhaps that ego is maintaining something in your life, in its own way.

Are you letting other people live inside your head? This is important. If someone other than yourself is living in your head, you need to drive them out — even if it feels like killing them. People who cling to something usually do so because of something in their past.

Some people may have a sense of being special, or of being chosen and different from others. “I’m a starseed,” “I’m from the Pleiades,” “I’m from Sirius,” and so on. All of that is just another form of labeling.

If you truly have memories of coming from the Pleiades or elsewhere, fine. But in most cases, it’s just the result of labeling — being categorized and then fitting oneself into that category. Simple, right? It feels better that way.

People who can’t look at things calmly seem to run away the moment they see the words “Hawkins’ level of consciousness.” Even without that, some people instantly reject something the moment they see the ego exposed.

It’s like saying, “What is that ego of yours? That’s exactly the problem!” — cut down immediately with a single blow. If you start talking about ascension symptoms, you’ll be discarded in situations like that.

I don’t think I’m being particularly harsh, but for some people, something must be hitting a nerve. Others are knocked down by far more intense confrontations, so simply stating the facts is actually gentle by comparison.

Nothing is more terrifying than the ego’s death throes. “If I lose what I cling to, I won’t be me anymore” — that’s the ego’s voice. If the word ascension collapses, then I collapse too — that’s the conclusion. Fundamentally, the ego loves the status quo and fears change. Even though it knows something is wrong, it can’t leave a comfortable place.

The ego can even believe that falling just 10 centimeters would mean death, so it clings desperately to avoid falling. Do you understand? Objectively, there’s no way such a fall would be fatal, yet it continues to live in fear. Of course, if you hit your head the wrong way, death is possible — that’s an exception.

The ego amplifies every assumption. Basically, things will only turn out the way they turn out.

We’re living in an age where “ascension refugees” are increasing. People are being swept along by words alone, and it even feels like an elitist ideology is being implanted.

Are you just playing at being “spiritually aware”? Do you really have that much spirituality? Do you know the term unconditional love? Can you discern when to apply it, and who truly deserves it and who doesn’t? If you give it to psychopaths, they’ll only exploit it.

Isn’t this the trick behind the word ascension? Who started it? If there were an intention behind spreading it globally, that would be more than enough. As long as money is involved, and someone is elevated into a leader-like position, ideas will spread.

Think about it. The statements of people labeled as “special beings” are precisely the ones that make us feel as though they have some strange power.
