An Eternal Love — Nature and Me

Confessions of an Earthbound Soul Who Fell in Love with the Wind

Itional love of nature wrapped around me like a warm silk shawl on a chilly evening. I am deeply, unapologetically in love with nature itself, and I am not afraid to admit it.

If you listen closely, you realize that nature is constantly courting us. She paints sunsets just to see us smile, sings through the birds to ease our heavy hearts, and strokes our cheeks with the cool fingers of the night air.

Today, I want to share my love letter to my chosen partner from the natural world.

The Invisible Embrace: A Poem of Wind and Soul

I did not fall for stone or mountain high,

Nor did I bind my heart to endless blue,

I did not seek the sun that burns the sky,

But chose the lover no one ever knew.

My heart belonged to him who has no face,

Who walks unseen through valleys dark and deep,

Who holds me in a wild, untamed embrace,

And sings me ancient lullabies to sleep.

I fell in love with the invisible Wind.

He finds me when the morning mist is cold,

And brushes back the tangles of my hair,

He whispers secrets that are never told,

And takes away the weight of my despair.

To love nature is to never be truly alone,

to find a heartbeat in the rustle of the leaves,

and to feel an invisible embrace in every passing breeze.”

Sometimes, my mind wanders far from the concrete structures of our busy world, stepping quietly into a secret, nostalgic sanctuary of my own making. In this little fantasy world, nature is not just a collection of trees, soil, and sky — she is my lover.

Perhaps it sounds strange to those who have forgotten the language of the earth. But deep within my heart, I feel the invisible, uncond…….

He does not ask for promises or vows,

He does not bind me to a crowded room,

He dances through the heavy, greening boughs,

And scatters petals of the summer bloom.

When autumn leaves are burning red and gold,

He spins me round upon the dusty floor,

A phantom partner, passionate and bold,

Who waits for me outside my wooden door.

And when the winter covers all in white,

He sighs against my window in the dark,

A cold, sweet kiss beneath the starry night,

That leaves upon my soul a glowing spark.

They ask me why I love a formless ghost,

Why I would give my heart to empty air,

But it is he who understands me most,

Who holds my spirit when no one is there.

No human arms could ever hold such grace,

No mortal touch could ever set me free,

For in his wild, untamed, eternal space,

The wind has made a sanctuary of me.

Why My Heart Chose the Wind

If nature gave me the ultimate chance to live a love story for real, my heart would choose the Wind over and over again.
